Very rude manager
My dad an I were in the store at
8061 Dani Dr Suite 120, Fort Myers, FL 33966, today 9/28/25 around 1:35 pm, and we were signed in and then sat down, he was looking around and said (not in a rude or mean way) oh there’s a guy he’s not doing anything he could help us (mind you my dad is a senior citizen and has issues with using the bathroom so he didn’t want to wait too long and had to be there with me because he is the primary account holder) the guy heard him and came up to him and said in a very nasty rude way, I AM DOING SOMETHING AND YOU CAN HAVE A NICE DAY SOMEWHERE ELSE and asked my dad what’s your name and my dad said Bruce and he said I’m taking you off the que and you can leave, but, I (the daughter) was the one on the que that needed assistance because i wanted to trade in my phone, so we sat there anyways and when I got called up, my dad went up there with me and the guy saw my dad and said that guy needs to leave and I said well he’s the primary account holder so he has to be here with me and then he said you can leave too, and I looked at him and said I didn’t even do anything, so we left, my dad does not want to be with this company any longer now and he has been a customer for a very long time. There was no reason for him to get upset over something so little and He didn’t even mean it in a rude way when he said (that guy’s not doing anything he can help us) He should not work in retail if he can’t handle such little things! He was the only one wearing a different shirt so I’m assuming he was the manager and he was an older guy with gray hair. He should definitely be fired he shouldn’t get away with that and the guy who called me up to help me was right there when he said that we need to leave. I really loved this company but, wow!
