Very poor customer service

I lost internet for 4 days the guy name Allen came said nothing is wrong with the internet.  We'll he left a cord laying across my back yard. What a joke my 6 and 8 year old grandson knows more about the internet then xfinity for sure. I would hope you would hire people that wants to do there job because the ones I have been working with is a BIG JOKE!
