Very Poor customer service

Has anyone noticed the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] Xfinity has created with Agents handling to many customers at once on CHAT? I went through at LEAST 10 agents trying to change services on my account, wasting hours of my time because of Agents leaving me hanging and XFINITY own Website drops them for being "TIMEOUT" as I wait for the response!!! And then the next agent pops in and ask you give them time to read what is going on! When there is literally TONS of text and then LIE to you again! Asking what is your issue and your name and number! THEY NEVER READ anything whats going on!  So this [Edited: "Inflammatory"] running this 24/7 rinse and repeat!! MUST STOP! [Edited: "Solicitation"]! Need to break up this monopoly! So others can compete on the same wire! For better service! Just like in the old Telephone days the BREAK UP!

Great now its "document the feedback" Which never goes anywhere! Till stockholders see how much revenue you are losing and all because of the employees
