Very Poor Customer Service
Been with Comcast for over 5 years. An agent called me to supposedly help me with my move and transfer to my new address and she was not very helpful, at all, and was also rude which made me cancel my service altogether. She kept insisting that I needed a technician to come and set up my new service, but I had mentioned to her multiple times that I had already set it up and everything was working fine. All she had to do was change the address on file. I politely told her that I am not going to pay a technician for something that I had already done and was already working fine. But she kept on insisting that I needed a technician regardless. As frustrated as I was, I told her I'll just cancel my service altogether and without hesitation, she said fine. This was such a bad experience that I almost did not want to come back to Comcast.
