very poor customer and general service
I just delt with the poorest customer service agent in the world. I was trying to discover WHY comcast keeps taking away parts of package I signed up for and replaceing them with apps available to any who goes on line and are not comprable to services being taken away.
THIS AGENT REFUSED REFUSED to pass me to someone in management, or to offer me something comparable to the package I signed up for the same price
