Very expensive

I pay $66 for 1 mobile phone line and $133 for internet. The AI customer service is the absolute worst and the representatives are basically useless and are incapable of finding better plans with what this company have to offer. I am definitely looking for other options.

Hello, @user_e41aa4 thank you for creating a post over Xfinity Forums. I'm, sorry to hear of the frustration when trying to check on options, and definitely want to help with a promotion review for the internet and Xfinity Mobile. From experience, I know Xfinity Mobile unlimited data is $40 per month and Premium unlimited data is $50 per month plus taxes and fees so can check to see why the pricing is $66 per month (possibly Xfinity Mobile Care, or a device payment).
