Very displease with technician

Technician came to my property to set internet up. I let technician in the garage to set up internet. He told me I don’t have to stand around. I went upstairs to use the bathroom,he called me and I told him just a second I’ll be down shortly as I’m in the bathroom. I came down and the technician left and left my property wide open. No internet set up and I have been waiting for weeks to have internet set up at my home from you guys as tho I use internet for work.

@user_fq1ykb Hi there, thank you for sharing what happened. I can absolutely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after waiting so long for the installation and relying on internet service for work. It's also concerning that the technician left before the installation was completed. I'd like to take a closer look into this with you. May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6.  An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
