Very disappointed

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with Comcast/Xfinity – Absolutely Terrible Customer Service!

I am absolutely disgusted with the horrible customer service I have received from Comcast/Xfinity. For THREE MONTHS, I have been trying to make a simple change to my internet service, and apparently, nobody in this company is capable of resolving the issue.

Let me make something very clear: THIS COMPLAINT IS NOT ABOUT THE XFINITY APP OR HOW IT WORKS. THIS COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOTH OVER THE PHONE AND AT THE PHYSICAL XFINITY STORES!

Neither the customer service representatives nor the employees at the physical stores have been able to help me. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody provides a solution, and everyone seems to pass the problem to someone else. It is absolutely ridiculous!

Three months of frustration, wasted time, excuses, and absolutely no results! How is it possible that such a large company cannot resolve such a simple issue?

Your customer service is a complete disaster! There is a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, communication, and respect for customers. Going to a physical store is just as useless as calling customer service because neither one actually solves anything.

Comcast/Xfinity seems to have no problem collecting payments, but when customers need real assistance, suddenly nobody knows what to do!

I am beyond frustrated and completely fed up with this unacceptable treatment. THREE MONTHS WITHOUT A SOLUTION IS ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING!

I am not complaining about technology or the mobile application. I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PEOPLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM THAT CONTINUALLY FAIL TO HELP CUSTOMERS!

I demand that someone take responsibility and finally resolve this issue instead of continuing to waste my time.

SHAME ON COMCAST/XFINITY! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN YOUR PHYSICAL STORES, IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD!
