Very disappointed

I have been using Xfinity for 6 years and every year it just has been worse and worse experience. Starting with multiple issues with internet connection, disruption of connection, and last but not least terrible customer service experience. It is very hard to reach out to them and get information or services you need. The services cost more than other internet providers, however they will offer you better deal if you decide to leave. 
The AI assistant they have doesn’t work well and you will see multiple complaints about it, but still they haven’t figured out how to charge/improve it.  Appointments are very hard to schedule, phone calls with AI assistant are never available the same day. 
They don’t seem to update their systems as I returned the equipment a week ago, but I am still receiving emails and texts to return the equipment in order to avoid additional charges. Of course, there is no option to chat with someone and get it done. You can only speak/text with AI assistant who will repeatedly ask questions about getting the service. Very time consuming, stressful and unnecessary trouble. Hope you can get back to being a good provider!

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
