Very disappointed
Just FYI, not being able to get my question resolved via your super un-helpful AI, after repeatedly requesting a representative to finally be told that at 7am, call volume is off-the-charts and wont be able to help, really makes me want to switch providers.
I received a promotional offer for a prepaid card, but the links don't work.

Hello @user_jhbn0v, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you had such a frustrating experience trying to get help through the Xfinity assistant. I completely understand why that would make you consider switching providers. When accessing the link, what error message are you getting?
