Very deceptive practices and service

I am disabled and explained my situation to xfinity at least 25 times I've been a loyal customer and always paid my bill .the problem i have is they lie so bad increase your bill change your plan.and will not work with you.they make me find a ride 25 miles away to pay in person.they will not let me use me debit card issued from my bank total [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].when I call I get very rude people that lie and tell me what I wanna here and say we understand and we're here to help total lies I am canceling my service ASAP [Edited: "Soliciting"].i have called them 3 moths in a row about this problem and get constantly lied to!!!!!!!!!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

 

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
