Very Concerning Customer Service - Lucas

Please look up Lucus Xfinity Supervisor

Many complain his customer service. Very rude and dismissive. Got indian accident. He hung up on customers and refused to provide his rep ID. 

I recorded our conversation. Please contact me if needed. Xfinity please take this seriously!
