Verizon Bill Payoff
I switched over from Verizon a couple months ago because I was told by a sales representative that Xfinity would pick up my final bill. I’ve sent my bill with the correct amount of days. My final bill was almost $1,000 where I received an electronic card for $133.00. I will go back to Verizon and cut my losses if this is my final payoff check. I’ve been a loyal customer with Xfinity long before I switched to Xfinity mobile. I talked to someone via chat a week or two ago who said I should be receiving more money within 10 business days. I have the transcript saved if you guys don’t. Is this my final check, of $133.00 ? Or am I getting more ?
