Verification of account standing

I received an email saying that my account was cancelled.  It's likely a phishing attempt but the email address matches the normal xfinity address that I receive emails from.  I logged into my account but I wanted to verify that there is not an actual cancellation request for my account.

In addition my 1 year term contract expires in February after which it will be month to month at an increased cost.  I wanted to see if I could do another 1 or 2 year contract to save money as I did before?

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
