VERIFICATION ID

I have placed 3 times order for 18 pro but i didn’t receive verification email or call so my orders got cancelled i called verification team many times but they said they can’t do anything nd i also called xfinity customer service no one given any solution. What should i do? How do i verify my id without getting verification link? It’s so frustrating….i do really have very bad experience with xfinity….im trying to get the solution from last 7 days….help me out
