Tring to reset password and the verificaton code was sent to an email that does not exist

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_0a6895 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your reset password options and the email on file no longer being valid. When setting up your online account we do ask for a mobile number and email address to help with issues like this. If you added a phone number to your online profile you can use that to reset your password in place of your email. If not you would need to call out 1-800-Xfinity number to reach our Customer Security Assurance team to help with your online account profile.
