Valorant lag

I stopped playing the game about 8 months ago due to my ping spikes but I want to get back in. It worked perfectly before that , no high ping no lag but now the game has become unplayable for me. Everytime I log in to check if the network issue is fixed , it isn’t. I’m not using Ethernet and I prefer not to since it worked well without it before too. Can you help me fix this ?
