@user_63q5vm, thank you for reaching out to us today. I would be more than happy to assist you with your account related questions and concerns. Just to confirm, are you trying to confirm if we have sent an email over to you?
Hey there, @user_o76fgk. If you are unsure if the email you received was sent from Xfinity you can always check our Alerts page to see what phishing emails are going out from people pretending to be like us. The best option is to reach out and connect with one of our representatives as they can pull up your account and verify if we sent anything you anything legit.
I am an Official Xfinity Employee. Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation. Was your question answered? Please, mark a reply as the Accepted Answer.
@user_o76fgk if you are in, or go to, webmail [https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite] anything that Comcast/Xfinity will send you will have the verified logo. If you don't see that, you can guarantee it's not from Comcast/Xfinity and is either spam or a phishing email.
I am not a Comcast Employee. I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.

The link you posted is not accessible to customers. "internet-security-site-web.wc-g2.cf.comcast.net" resolves to a private IP address and is therefore not carrried on the public Internet.
Also: If you check your email with Comcast's Xfinity Connect webmail ( https://connect.xfinity.com ), look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo next to any message that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity. Note that anyone can insert an XFINITY Verified image in the body of an email, so it's important to note not only the presence of that image, but that it is in the correct locations:
proceeding the email subject line in the list of emails
If the logo is missing when you view the message in webmail, the message is not from Comcast. Unfortunately, AFAIK the logo is not present when you view one of their messages in an email app or program. It's only visible when you use their web email site.
Samples of recent phishing messages can be found at https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/alerts under "Top Phishing Scams". Note that the link the Employee posted may not be accessible to non-employee customers.
Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.

See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email for examples of valid logo placement. A logo in the body of the email does not count.

To report a scam email to Comcast, follow the "Report Spam and Phishing Emails" link on https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse and scroll down to the "Report Phishing Emails" section.
