Valid ID to support my identity

Hi I moved to a different apartment unit and asked for a move of service. Unfortunately they can’t activate my account since the previous tenant on that apartment was not able to settle their bill.So when I called the customer service, they asked me to go to store to validate my ID..

Can it be send online?

Unfortunately, this process does need to be done in person. This is a safeguard in place when a location has had a history of fraudulent activity. I understand the request and would be asking the same question. Once a collection hold has been set on a location, there would have been multiple instances of abandoned balances causing our collection team to put a hard stop of further services being setup without a direct in person confirmation of a state or federally issued ID.
