Vacuum Damaged by Contractor

Hello, 

I recently had my Xfinity service installed on 02/05/2026. Unfortunately, the contractor did not bring his own vacuum to clean up concrete and drywall dust, so he used my Dyson V15 Detect to vacuum up the debris.

I went to go use it for the first time since the install and it was completely clogged and will not turn on. I took it apart, did the full cleaning, and it is not functioning at all. I did hear it start to make the noise it does when it has issues, but did not think to question in the moment, as there were many other issues during installation...

I would like to file a damage claim; however, I cannot figure out how to send a direct message through this platform as I would like for documentation purposes.
