vacation hold

I have your service at my vacation apartment in Palm Beach Shores, FL. We have not been there for more than one year because of Covid. We will probably not be there until we are vaccinated which will be who knows when. I was told that our vacation hold will be up this month and that we cannot reinstitute if unil next October. 

 

I would appreciate Infinity (Comcast) recognizing the special circumstances of Covid and allowing vacation hold for a longer period. Most other industries and services have done so.
