Utterly Unacceptable Experience at Lynnwood Xfinity Store

To Whom It May Concern,

I cannot begin to express the level of disgust and frustration I feel after visiting your Lynnwood, Washington, store. Let me paint you a picture: 17 people in a queue. Over an hour of waiting. For what? To pick up a modem? Are you serious? How can a company as massive as Xfinity—one of the largest Internet service providers in the nation—allow such an embarrassing and disrespectful display of customer service?

This isn’t just bad service; this is downright insulting. It’s clear that Xfinity doesn’t care about its customers or their time. You’ve wasted my time, my patience, and whatever goodwill I might have had for your company. To subject people to this level of inefficiency and chaos is not just unprofessional—it’s shameful.

Do you not understand the basics of staffing? Scheduling? Customer service? Or is this complete incompetence a deliberate strategy? Either way, it’s inexcusable. I left your store feeling like a fool for trusting Xfinity with my business. The message you’ve sent is loud and clear: you don’t respect or value your customers.

Let me be equally clear: I am seriously considering canceling my service. Why should I stay with a company that treats its customers like cattle? There are other providers out there—providers who understand the importance of respecting their customers’ time and providing decent service.

This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Xfinity should be absolutely ashamed. I expect an explanation for this disgraceful situation, though frankly, I’m not holding my breath that you’ll even bother.

Do better—or don’t. I’m already shopping for alternatives.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
