Utility Pole

I have been trying to get an old pole removed since February, DTE replaced the pole and moved their wires and your wires remain.  I have had countless phone calls and emails trying to get this removed.  The pole is leaning and not safe, it's going to fall and crush my neighbors very expensive fence and hurt some. The pole was replaced because it was rotten, please come out ASAP and move your wires and the pole.

You can also try this,

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3rpUfiP

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

I have a similar issue. There was a leaning pole on our property, and the power company had already installed a new pole and transferred its cable to the new pole. I have been trying to have Xfinity remove its cables in order to have the power company remove the leaning pole. I have called several times and have multiple tickets assigned to the issue but nobody ever shows up or resolves the issue.
