Utility POLE TRANSFER

Hello, I’ve been trying over a month now with numerous tickets to have comcast communication lines moved from one pole to a brand new pole next to it. I’m on a commercial jobsite and the old pole has already been cut and the power company did their part however it feels impossible to get comcast out here to do this or speak with someone on the phone who can help me. What are my options I need to pave this road no the pole is in the middle of it and each time I create a ticket they will close it use the incorrect address or send a WiFi tech out here when I need a bucket truck and competent people to handle this matter.

andywilli17 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for assistance with getting a line moved from an old pole to a new one. You have come to the right place to get the work needed by a line crew done for you, and we will be happy to assist! I'll need some contact information, work details, and if any account present that would help as well to attach work orders to.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
