utility pole replaced by verizon but comcast cable down in driveway
yesterday after a car hit it, and it broke in two, the ENTIRE utility pole in front of my house was replaced by verizon . peco came and moved the power. But neither would touch the comcast cable which is now hanging low to the ground hooked over my FIOS cable and blocking my driveway. Service is still working, although I am seriously considering cutting the cable to get past the PIA chatbots that want me to reset my cablebox.
I opened 2 tickets via chatbot but I don't expect that to go anywhere . Verzizon said they would call but since comcast prefers the customer to call , here I am calling and talking to the chatbots.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
