Utility Pole Relocation
I work for a construction company, and we are moving a utility pole, and I need Xfinity lines transferred. Who can I contact to begin working on this issue? I do not see an application anywhere and the customer service AI bot is not working. Please advise.

Hello, @user_4k5sdz you've come to the right place to get help with this utility pole. Are you also a Xfinity customer and this pole is located at your home? Has the owner of the utility pole raised a replacement nearby and the line needs to be moved to it? Were there additional lines attached and have those services already moved their lines?
