Utility Pole Relocation

I work for a construction company, and we are moving a utility pole, and I need Xfinity lines transferred. Who can I contact to begin working on this issue? I do not see an application anywhere and the customer service AI bot is not working. Please advise.

Hello, @user_4k5sdz you've come to the right place to get help with this utility pole. Are you also a Xfinity customer and this pole is located at your home? Has the owner of the utility pole raised a replacement nearby and the line needs to be moved to it?  Were there additional lines attached and have those services already moved their lines?

This pole is not located at my home. However, because i am a customer my number is registered and I had to put in my home address to get in contact with customer support. Yes, the owner, Verizon, has raised a replacement, and the lines need to be moved. The poles are not that far from each other so they are currently still attached to the existing pole.

Great! We can request to have the line moved to the new pole. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
