Utility Locates in my back yard yesterday with no notification or context of why

A tech un-announced showed up in my back yard, completed locates and couldn't provide me the homeowner with any details.  How do I figure out what is going on and when it's going on?  I have flags and paint markings.  I can't leave them there forever.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for your question @user_yu9o42. Xfinity has easement rights, which allow our field teams access to private property for purposes of servicing and maintaining Xfinity Infrastructure. The painted lines and flags are used to mark underground utilities or pipes  prior to construction

Yes, I understand.  What project is coming my way?

@XfinityJoe Hi,  Thank you.  You didn't answer my question.  Why is this happening and what am I to expect?

@user_yu9o42 Great question, there could be a variety of things causing work to be completed near you. There may be general maintenance performed or an overall network improvement to the area as a whole. While we would not see the specific information listed as to what work is being done, we can check our internal tools to confirm if there is a job listed.

@XfinityMarcus Thank you, Marcus.  Please check, so I'm prepared.  I completely understand easement rules, but this does not include free reign to someones private property without proper communication.  The world the way it is now, I don't know who's who, if they are friend or foe.  Thank you for responding.
