This damage claim in on behalf of Columbine Lakes Maintenance Association and is not associated with a service address.  JC Utility Services submitted an 811 locate ticket stating they were locating utilities for comcast.  Columbine Lakes Maintenance Association owns the private roads and private water system in the Three Ponds Subdivision.  JC Utility Services proceeded to drill two cores in our newly reconstructed roads (as of September 2024) without properly filling the holes.  One core was placed back in the hole but not seals and the other hole is completely empty (tripping hazard and will become a pothole).  I am the President of the Columbine Lakes Maintenance Association who responds to the 811 tickets.
