utility box

I have been trying to get the utility box fixed. I have called Comcast multiple time and i have seen the tech come out but no one has fixed the issue. my service is constantly going out because everything is expose and i have made multiple request for a new cover. Are there any other options to get this resolved? i have tried shopping for a cover but doesn't seem to be an option.
