Utility box location

Comcast contractors showed up unannounced in my front yard today to install a very large above ground utility box.  It was a big surprise.  I understand easement rights but where they were going to put it will be an eyesore for the neighborhood and will cause difficulty mowing around.  They couldn't tell me what options were available.  They said someone would be in touch.  Is there someone from Comcast (not contractor) that I could discuss this with?  It would be best if we could meet on my property to find a solution.
