Useless support services

This is a big game to continue to charge people for services they have been trying to cancel for months. With no number to get a live agent; AI not that goes in circles and to not be more global thinking and offer a messenger outside of social!!! And now I have to go to a forum to get an agent? I followed the instructions I saw on another post for a DM but I don’t see anywhere on this site to send the direct message. As I gave feedback on the AI not; I’m filing a complaint for the continued charging for service I tried to cancel months ago. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and the FCC; you should have your license stripped.

To cancel the Xfinity account you have to actually talk to an agent by calling our 1800 number or reaching out to us on our social media platforms https://www.xfinity.com/cancel ,  you also have an option to go to and request a call back.

 

 I can assist you with getting your services disconnected, please send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
