Useless AI customer service interface

Customer service is not bad, it is non-existent.  Anytime there is an issue, I do about 1 to 2 hours of trouble shooting at home before I grit my teeth to contact Xfinity customer service.  I try to be polite, but I'm redirected several times by useless AI prompts.  

The trick I found is if you swear in the prompt, they will connect you to a person.  Too bad is still a contracted 3rd party that can't solve your issue. 

I had a contracted technician come out to my house and try to scam me, I reported it to Xfinity and they charged me for the technician visit. 

Xfinity has a monopoly in my area, so I'm stuck with this shill company.

No thank you.   Frankly, I just don't believe anything you or Xfinity had to say.   The fact that I have had to waste this much time just proves the fact that Xfinity does not value their customers.

Someone needs to sue Xfinity for their shitty ai interface because I am one disabled and the AI just makes you mad as a hornet!
