Used Xfinity Assistant and a live rep to schedule an appointment, apparently was never scheduled.

As the title says. I used the chat feature since it was 11 at night, to get an appointment scheduled to get my lines looked at.

Scheduled for Today, 9/24, between 3 and 5. Just checked the Xfinity Appointments menu, and there is nothing scheduled. 

But don't worry, they got their upsell on increasing internet speed, since they "Put notes" into the request to verify I would reach said speeds.

Background information, my internet is intermittent, has been since July.

I've replaced the modem and the line inside the house. Only thing left is the lines outside, etc.

I'm not getting T3/T4 ranging errors.

Power and SNR are within spec for Up and Down channels.

I am receiving many Uncorrectable Codewords on all channels.

And, I've been running a ping test every 30 seconds to different ip's to confirm when it goes down, and recording the info.

Currently on the phone now, waiting in the queue, but also wanted to post here.

Honestly, I'm less upset about the intermittent issue, then the fact that I scheduled one, and it wasn't.
