Urgently need to make complaint
I urgently need to make a complaint. I’ve called the escalation line twice and been talked to really unprofessionally and hung up on. I’ve been given a fake complaints email address by a team-member on the phone while trying to resolve my issue. I’ve spent 2.5 hours either on the phone or in person over the last four days trying to fix my issue, including driving to the closest brick and mortar store to speak to someone, which was a 30 minute drive while I have a fractured spine. I’m beyond upset. I need a call or email ASAP.
