URGENT - Xfinity bullying service shutdowns. Failing to produce a contract - Fraud - This is going to legal soon

I'm at my wits end and hope that someone from Xfinity sees this. I really don't want to call the FCC, AG, BBB and take it to small claims, but, that's where we're headed. People say that but, I actually do what I say. Done it before.

I just need my two "contracts" from this year. I didn't sign one of them or even know about it and the price more than doubled - the one that was never mentioned. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL Mysteriously even supervisors "can't" give it to me. So it doesn't exist is what I think. Either way.

I don't have the time for this type of disrespect and illegal practice. If someone can't email me the legal documents and contracts tonight, I'll just start with chargebacks and we'll go to court if need be. I'm not starting guns blazing. This is my last resort when even supervisors can't do a simple thing. And no. My contract isn't in my account, because, it doesn't exist does it?

Unless you opted out of it, you've agreed to arbitration per the Customer Agreements, Policies & Service Disclosures.  If you scroll down to the black banner at the bottom of the page you can find all sorts of interesting information.

I'm sorry that you aren't able to find a contract and that your bill apparently doubled.  Was there anything on  your billing statement in December about this?  Any changes, especially when it comes to your bill, will be found on your statement.

Hello, user_x9c5c8, all your orders and agreements are accessible from www.Xfinity.com. Are you able to let us know if you can see your agreements when you sign? This article help as well. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-find-contract
