Urgent Service Request – Sewer Line Obstruction by Xfinity Cable [Edited: Personal Information]
I’m reaching out regarding a serious issue at one of my rental properties. An Xfinity cable has been installed directly through the rear sewer drainpipe at a 90-degree angle. The sewer pipe is approximately 4 inches in diameter, while the cable is about 2 inches, obstructing roughly 60% of the pipe’s capacity.
This blockage is causing significant backflow into the toilets and bathtub whenever the facilities are used. I’ve contacted Xfinity support four times, and while a ticket <Edited: Personal Information> has been created, no technician has arrived despite multiple assignments.
Due to this unresolved issue, my previous tenant vacated the property, and I’m eager to resolve it before a new tenant moves in. I urgently request that a service crew be dispatched to excavate and remove the cable from the sewer line as soon as possible.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
<Edited: Personal Information>
