[Urgent request]How do I file a case to request Xfinity to remove(relocate) the green pedestal green box from my private lot?

I have been called Xfinity technical support at least 6 times since last year to request Xfinity construction department to remove this green pedestal box from my private lot, everytime they filed a ticket for me, the ticket just got closed for no reason and no one informed me what they did, Xfinity just tried to avoid to handle my request? This is horrible!!! I need someone from Xfinity to tell me where and how I can file a case to force the right department to get start to remove this device, I will build a fence soon and you don't want your equipment to be blocked inside my yard.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Thanks for quick response, I have sent my message to  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging with the full name and address. But no one there to reply my direct message yet.
