URGENT Request - Refund Not Given

Hi! 

I cancelled my internet service on 5/12/2025. Since cancelling, I was told that because I only used 1 week's worth of service, I would only have to pay a partial bill. I called to cancel and was told I would pay the full bill ($144.66), then be refunded a total of $123.33 in 6-8 hours. I never received my refund. 

I then called AGAIN on 5/19/2025 to talk to another agent and they told me I would receive my refund in 24 hours. I still did not receive it.

I called again the next day, 5/20/2025, and the 3rd agent told me once again that I would receive my refund in 24 hours. It has been 3 days since then and I have received nothing.

I am extremely upset and I need my refund ASAP. The agents told me they would escalate my problem but nothing has happened. I've received no communication, no refund, nothing.

This is legitimately the worst customer service I've ever experienced and Xfinity has withheld MY MONEY for almost 2 weeks. This needs to be resolved ASAP or I will find other ways to make sure I am refunded, even if I have to get law involved. I want an answer now and I am demanding my refund.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support. 
To send a direct message:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
