Urgent Request for Technician to Address Hazardous Cable Wires

Due to last week’s high winds, the cable wires have detached from my home. The aged bracket that previously secured the cables has broken, leaving the wires hanging dangerously low across my backyard and my neighbor’s backyard. This situation poses a serious safety hazard that requires immediate attention.

I have been contacting Comcast customer service since last Thursday to report this issue, but no action has been taken so far. If this matter is not resolved promptly, my next step will be to escalate the issue by filing a complaint with the Maryland Public Service Commission due to the lack of response and concern.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

For future reference if have an issue you’d like to let us know about you can report it online using Xfinity Assistant. You can let us know about refund and payment issues or safety concerns caused by dangerous wires in your neighborhood. Simply type a message to let us know what your issue is and choose the option that best describes your situation. Enter in your information, click submit, and you’ll receive emails along the way to let you know about the status of your request, and if needed, we may contact you on the phone number you provided to gather additional information to help us resolve your issue. Once we’ve fixed your issue, we’ll send an email to let you know that everything’s all set. We can help too and we'll chat via direct message!
