Urgent Request for Cable Line Repairs and Improved Customer Service

I am writing to express serious concerns about two hazardous cable lines in my neighborhood. One of these cables has been exposed for over three years, while the second one currently runs across the street. I was told last month that the second cable was only temporary, yet it still remains in place.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I’ve been unable to speak with a live representative to receive clear answers or support. This lack of communication, combined with the prolonged neglect of these visible safety hazards, reflects poorly on Comcast’s commitment to customer care and community responsibility.

At this point, I’m asking:

  • Who is responsible for ensuring these cable lines are safely repaired or removed?

  • What steps can be taken to escalate this matter to the appropriate department for immediate action?

  • Does Comcast value our community as customers, or should our Homeowners Association consider switching service providers who are more responsive and respectful?

If these concerns are not addressed promptly, I am prepared to contact local media outlets to bring attention to this ongoing issue and the unacceptable level of service our neighborhood has received.

I look forward to a prompt and professional response.
