Urgent: Property Damage caused by Xfinity Technician - Immediate action required

what's next steps to fix these issues

the technician accessed the attic to complete the installation. Unfortunately, he broke a water pipe which resulted in the following serious issues:
  • A water leak that has impacted the ceiling and walls
  • Water exposure on the following:
    • furnace, HVAC
    • Attic insulation
    • 2nd floor carpet, 
    • 2nd floor restroom, 
    • 1st floor restroom, 
    • Garage,
  • Damage to paint and interior finishes due to water intrusion
  • Damage to the attic structure
  • Water came out of the electric outlets
This damage has caused both structural and safety concerns in the property, including the risk of electrical issues and HVAC malfunction.
