URGENT: My phone number is trapped in my ex's account!

I have an Xfinity Mobile account. In July of this year, I thought I had transferred my old number from my ex's account to my own. However, Tuesday, I discovered that he had deactivated my old number from his account and now I cannot access my number. I cannot make or receive calls or texts. I have had this number for over 20 years and all of my financial accounts are linked to it. Because I can't transfer my number, I am unable to pay my mortgage on time today nor can I do many of my credit card payment because I can't receive confirmation codes. I have escalated it to corporate, but they have not gotten back to me. I also can't reach out to my ex via phone because I can't make calls. It is SUPER frustrating. I need my number transferred! HELP!!!
