Urgent Issue with Perplexity Xfinity Rewards Code

Dear Xfinity Rewards Support,

I am writing to address a significant issue regarding the Perplexity Pro offer within the Xfinity Rewards application. The offer for a Perplexity Pro subscription is prominently advertised both in the app and on the Perplexity website. Despite seeing this offer available in my rewards app, I have yet to receive the promised code.

Given that the advertisement for this reward continues to display actively within my Xfinity Rewards app, yet the corresponding code has not been delivered, I believe this constitutes false advertising. The discrepancy between the offer and actual availability has caused inconvenience and confusion.

I kindly request immediate resolution of this matter, either through prompt delivery of the advertised reward code or appropriate compensation for this oversight.

Thanks for reaching out to us, this link https://www.xfinity.com/rewards has great information about our Xfinity rewards program and how you can receive all the awesome perks. To redeem any offer you do need to take advantage of that through the rewards program either from the website or going on to our awesome Xfinity app. If you're having issues redeeming that special offer try clearing your caches and cookies on your device or even going into the app and  ensure the app has been updated

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the guidance, but I’ve already followed all of the steps you outlined—including clearing cache, cookies, updating the app, and attempting redemption through both the website and mobile application. Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue, and the Perplexity Pro reward code still does not appear.

The larger concern is that this offer continues to be visibly promoted within the Xfinity Rewards app and on Perplexity’s website, suggesting that it is active and available. However, the actual inability to redeem the reward strongly suggests a disconnect between marketing and delivery, which borders on false advertising. If a reward is being presented as available, users should reasonably expect it to function as advertised.

At this point, I kindly request the following:

Direct issuance of the Perplexity Pro code as advertised,

I look forward to a timely and transparent resolution.
