URGENT: Immediate Cancellation of Services (Account Details in Private DM)

To Whom It May Concern,

Please accept this as my formal request to cancel all Xfinity/Comcast services (including TV and Internet) for my account, effective immediately.

I no longer reside at the property, and the house has been rented out to new tenants. Furthermore, I am currently located outside of the United States and my US mobile phone number is completely unreachable. Please do not attempt to schedule a callback, as it will fail and delay this request.

I have all of my account verification details ready (including the Account Holder Name, Account Number, and Service Address). Please reply to this thread or invite me to a private Direct Message so I can securely share these details with an official Xfinity Support representative to finalize the cancellation without requiring a voice confirmation.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
