URGENT I AM Charged $50 More Monthly:

I was paying $35 Monthly due to the benefit of an ACP benefit discount of $30 monthly.   I was getting a 200 mbps flex plan.  My ACP benefit ended.  Therefore, now Xfinity tells me the only promotion available for me is for a 400 mbps which they would said has a monthly charge of $76.   $76 monthly is $50 more monthly than then what I was paying.  $50 more is outrageous!  

google has several promotions that would work for me but xfinity is refusing to make is available to me.  

on Google I saw where for 400 Mbps it would cost $55 Monthly.  I am asking if you can help me please.

As a customer myself I understand the need to have a affordable bill for the services you love and need, let's get this resolved for you.

 

Could you please send us a direct message including your name, account holder name (if different), and the service address, Myself or one of my awesome colleagues will respond as soon as possible.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
