Urgent Help Needed – Unable to Access Apartment WiFi
I am reaching out because I am feeling extremely frustrated and honestly quite helpless with an ongoing WiFi access issue.
I recently moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and followed the instructions provided by my apartment community to create my account and obtain the personalized WiFi password for my unit. However, there appears to be an error with the process, and I have still been unable to access my apartment WiFi.
Since July 1, I have contacted customer service almost every day and have also repeatedly tried using the Xfinity Assistant. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a solution. During my phone calls, I have been transferred between multiple departments several times, and the calls have often been disconnected during the transfer process. The Xfinity Assistant has also not been able to resolve the issue or direct me to someone who can actually help.
This situation has become extremely difficult for me. During this time, I have had important meetings and work responsibilities that require a stable internet connection. I have been forced to rely on my mobile data and public WiFi, both of which are unstable and frequently disconnect. As a result, my work and important meetings have been seriously affected.
At this point, I honestly do not know what other channel I can use or who I should contact to obtain the WiFi password associated with my apartment unit. I have already spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this through the available support channels, but I still do not have access to a basic service that I urgently need.
I would sincerely appreciate it if someone could please review my account and help me resolve this issue directly, or connect me with the correct department or person who can provide the WiFi credentials for my apartment.
I am simply hoping to get this issue resolved as soon as possible so that I can have stable internet access in my own apartment and return to my normal work responsibilities.
