Urgent — Gas Line Concern After Unannounced Cable Install
Hi,
I need to flag a few issues with the recent cable installation at my property.
First, a crew showed up unannounced and dug a trench without any prior notice. The trench crosses directly over my propane line, and I'm concerned the gas line may have been damaged during the dig. I need someone to confirm that 811 was called, utilities were properly marked, and to arrange an inspection of the propane line to make sure it wasn't compromised.
Second, when I called customer service to report this, the rep did not understand the issue — kept treating it as a general service problem — and refused multiple requests to escalate to a floor manager or supervisor. That's not an acceptable response to a potential gas leak concern.
Please can i request supervisor to look into this matter at the earliest and let advise how and when the line inspection will happen at no cost to me.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
