Urgent Escalation: Xfinity Mobile Activation Failed After Mint Port
I need help escalating an unresolved Xfinity Mobile activation issue.
Before I ported my number from Mint Mobile, an Xfinity representative confirmed that my device was compatible and told me I could proceed. Based on that confirmation, I ported my number to Xfinity.
Since then, I have contacted Xfinity approximately 8-9 times, with several calls lasting 1-3 hours. I have tried eSIM activation, multiple QR codes, visited an Xfinity store, received a physical SIM, and spent additional hours troubleshooting, but the service is still not working.
I have also repeatedly asked that notes be added to my account so I would not have to explain the entire issue again each time.
I am requesting escalation to an advanced Xfinity Mobile activation/provisioning team or Executive Customer Relations. I would also like confirmation that my one-year free mobile promotion will remain protected while this issue is being resolved.
Please contact me through private/direct messaging so I can securely provide my account information and any additional details needed.
