“Urgent escalation: new service unusable, multiple failed troubleshooting attempts, technician unavailable until 8/26.

Please escalate this to the Corporate/Digital Care team and local field operations. I need you to check for a same-day cancellation, technician dispatch, or another way to restore service today. I work remotely and the service has never become operational despite repeated troubleshooting/equipment replacement for two days and hours of talking. ( All solutions, hotspot, mobile did not work out).

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Iapetus Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums regarding your internet service. I can see the urgency, and I'm happy to take a look and see if have anything open for today. We also have our waitlist option through text. Simply text "WAITLIST" to 266278. From there it will give you some option to select from. So that I may access your account details, please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address to begin.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
