“Urgent escalation: new service unusable, multiple failed troubleshooting attempts, technician unavailable until 8/26.
Please escalate this to the Corporate/Digital Care team and local field operations. I need you to check for a same-day cancellation, technician dispatch, or another way to restore service today. I work remotely and the service has never become operational despite repeated troubleshooting/equipment replacement for two days and hours of talking. ( All solutions, hotspot, mobile did not work out).

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
